Founder Coaching

I help Owners/CEO’s lead their businesses and selves through growth.

I help COO’s and other leaders work through executing an owner’s vision.
I provide guidance for difficult people conversations. I give them the confidence they need to lead talent.

I use Working Genius to help teams understand the unique gifts each leader brings. Leaders better understand when it’s time for them to shine and when it’s time for them to be quiet and listen. 

Fractional COO

I am retained monthly to be your second-in-command.  The cost is 1/4 to a 1/3 of what a full-time COO is with similar impact and value.

On these calls – I give my opinion and advice on how to navigate difficult people conversations.  Performance Management, Policy/Ethical Violations, Hiring, Firing……I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY….I am not an ER expert…but I’ve had a history of helping Owners talk through options.

How do I get paid?

I work either hourly OR on retainer monthly.  The cost per hour is $150-$200 and the monthly ranges from $2500-$5000 depending upon needs.  Imagine only paying for the operational and talent expertise you need!

It starts with a free intro call where I ask questions like: 

Where are you headed currently?  

How is it going? 

What’s getting in the way? 

Then we determine if there are things I can help with or if we need to look at other options together.  

Great! I’m not here to find creative ways to take money out of your account.  I’m here to help you find fulfillment and to help you fill your bank account. 

I am gifted at determining what you’re great at and keying in on those gifts and helping you use them to keep growing as a leader inside and outside of work. 

It’s okay – emotional intelligence and purpose can be grown in those who are willing to change.  I don’t do exorcisms though – so if you’re possessed by a money and power demon….you may have to look elsewhere.  

Love it! BUT – remember – we can’t start without understanding your vision and your goals. Alignment is #1 in success of senior leadership teams.  

There’s always a first….we can compare the starting goals with the outcomes and see if the data and anecdotal evidence reveals my work not meeting expectations.   If this is the case – we adjust or I help you find a better fit. 

Well, beyond the data that shows the work I’ve done to grow leaders across many industries – I’m also a lifelong learner and stay current on trends in leadership and business.
