I use Working Genius to help teams understand the unique gifts each leader brings. Leaders better understand when it’s time for them to shine and when it’s time for them to be quiet and listen.
I am retained monthly to be your second-in-command. The cost is 1/4 to a 1/3 of what a full-time COO is with similar impact and value.
On these calls – I give my opinion and advice on how to navigate difficult people conversations. Performance Management, Policy/Ethical Violations, Hiring, Firing……I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY….I am not an ER expert…but I’ve had a history of helping Owners talk through options.
I work either hourly OR on retainer monthly. The cost per hour is $150-$200 and the monthly ranges from $2500-$5000 depending upon needs. Imagine only paying for the operational and talent expertise you need!
It starts with a free intro call where I ask questions like:
Where are you headed currently?
How is it going?
What’s getting in the way?
Then we determine if there are things I can help with or if we need to look at other options together.

It’s okay – emotional intelligence and purpose can be grown in those who are willing to change. I don’t do exorcisms though – so if you’re possessed by a money and power demon….you may have to look elsewhere.
