As a senior leader I’ve helped teams reach their highest performance in large corporations as well as in smaller organizations. I have been a COO for two businesses and that’s where I found a love for helping founders and CEO’s perform at their highest level.
I’ve also been a trusted consultant and mentor for leaders at all levels. I pursue growth as a whole leader and I’ll challenge you to do the same. In fact – I believe this so much that I’ve founded two separate groups that are all about growth as a leader beyond just career. (Purpose2Lead and BrotherGrow)
I am a husband to a wife who is a strong leader in her career and even stronger at home. She’s an inspiration and we work hard each day to get better at parenting our two beautiful kids.
