This includes clarifying the vision (1 and 5yrs), Talent Planning and Whole Leader goals. We set incremental benchmarks to reach the long-term vision.
I help your integrator/senior leader execute the vision.
I provide guidance for people strategy conversations, how to have the best relationship with you and I give them the confidence they need to lead the organizations talent.
In order to drive growth – I help you establish or improve your hiring and employee engagement strategies. Current employees need to be happy and Future hires need to know what it’s like to work for you.
I work either hourly OR on retainer monthly. The cost per hour is $150-$200 and a monthly retainer agreement ranges from $3000-$7500 depending upon needs. Imagine only paying for the people and business expertise you need!
It starts with a free intro call where I ask questions like:
Where are you headed currently?
How is it going?
What’s getting in the way?
Then we determine if there are things I can help with or if we need to look at other options together.

I am gifted at determining what you’re great at and keying in on those gifts and helping you use them to keep growing as a leader inside and outside of work.
That’s what I’m here for- emotional intelligence and purpose can be grown/regrown in those who are willing to put the work in. I don’t do exorcisms though – so if you’re possessed by money and power ….you may have to look elsewhere.
